MetaCentrum Documentation

MetaCentrum is a single point of entry to three computing infrastructures:

  • Grid (distributed HPC computing based on OpenPBS),
  • Cloud, (Openstack cloud computing + CEPH), and
  • Kubernetes (containerized computing),

as well as to a number of specialized services, such as Galaxy, OnDemand, and Jupyter notebooks.
