MetaCentrum Documentation
MetaCentrum is a single point of entry to three computing infrastructures:
- Grid (distributed HPC computing based on OpenPBS),
- Cloud, (Openstack cloud computing + CEPH), and
- Kubernetes (containerized computing),
as well as to a number of specialized services, such as Galaxy, OnDemand, and Jupyter notebooks.
Kubernetes
Container platform built on the robust Kubernetes orchestrator and utilizing Docker container images.
Galaxy
Web platform for accessible, reproducible, and transparent data analysis backed by MetaCentrum Grid.

Elixir
Group for scientists with research objectives in fields of genomics, proteomics and other life sciences.
