MetaCentrum Docs

Welcome to the MetaCentrum documentation, the home of all MetaCentrum services.

MetaCentrum is a single point of entry to three computing infrastructures:

  • Grid (distributed HPC computing based on OpenPBS),
  • Cloud, (Openstack cloud computing + CEPH), and
  • Kubernetes (containerized computing), as well as to a number of more specialized services, such as Elixir, Galaxy, OnDemand and Jupyter notebooks.
